DNN 3.0.7 beta Some new Betas hit us in the last weeks, but I have been to busy to review them all. After the first tests with my new provider and DNN, I had to move all my domains and mails and so on to Domainbox, which is my new hoster. Now I have finished that job and can configure my new domain controller which I got last week from Dell. I plan some server consolidation on this machine (Dual Xeon, with 3GB of RAM) with MS Virtual Server 2005. My first experiance is very promising! Finally I did some tests with 3.0.7 and my opinion is, we are coming much closer to the final release. The software looks and feels pretty good and I hope the first final could be released still in 2004. But I don't know. I read that there happened some database changes in 3.0.7? But my just copied it over an older Beta, guess it was 3.0.6 and everything still worked. We have some new interesting DNN websites in Germany now. First one is www.dnnportal.de which will be a DNN community in Germany. I hope it will work, cause I have been missing something like that around here.
